TEST JUMP BREAKS

This is a test of a post with a jump break. This is random text: The Assessor/Recorder/County Clerk’s Office is providing a sales listing for those who are applying for an appeal of the assessed value with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors. This listing is provided as a public service in compliance with Section 408.1 of the Revenue and Taxation Code. The listing comprises property transfers within the most recent 24 months, and updated by the seventh of each month. This service is to provide information to assist you in developing your opinion of value when you file an assessment appeal. Access to sales information in your neighborhood will also enable homeowners to be better informed. All indicated sale prices given are unverified. It is the responsibility of the recipient of this data to verify its accuracy, and determine whether the information meets their need prior to making any judgments or decisions based on this information. The Assessor’s Office does not warrant that the information should be relied on for any purpose. THE JUMP BREAK WILL BE HERE...
